Time gets away from me, it really does. I dont usually keep from posting on here long enough to get the "post or die" sporking. I guess this tour is finally just taking its toll on me. Tomo and I have been trading off the plague. Its seriously weird too. Usually Jared's the one that's sick all the fucking time; so much so we usually call it the Jared Flu instead of the Bird Flu. That is not the case this tour though, nope. I've been sick three times in the last two months. I hate that shit. Well, come to think of it, who LIKES that shit? Whoever you are out there, you're mental!
So, like I said...TOUR. We're coming up on the anniversary date of the tour kick off. Isnt that unreal? A whole fucking year. And we're not done yet. We were supposed to have the last couple weeks in October off, but that got cancelled on us (which made me and Ville have to move our wedding date AGAIN). We ended up filming our Hurricane video at the beginning of the month, then moving tour dates into the last two weeks of the month. Of course now we've been invited to perform at the EMAs (GO ECHELON!), so we had to cancel a couple more shows. This just means that the shows we've cancelled this year will get rescheduled in 2011, because this year is already booked. My ass is already dragging and i just got over being sick a little over a week ago. Now watch, we'll get up to the day VIlle and I are supposed to get married (AGAIN), and I'll be Sickly Shannon. That would be so fucked up. Seriously.
Anyway, if you haven't seen it already, HERE'S A VIDEO OF ME ALL SICK AND MUMBLING ABOUT THE HURRICANE VID. I got to whip a six foot leather clad furry bunny (hi Ville), make out with a chick in central park who then handcuffed me to a park bench right before some monster dudes come out and fight me. There was a scene with me on a motorcycle. I did my own riding and stunts, which was cool. The video's full of all sorts of things; its crazy, intense, flashy, sexual, dangerous, etc. Just wait, it's going to be AMAZING!
I also just want to go on record saying that just when I dont think my brother can surprise me anymore, he goes and does something really sweet. He had some really nice things to say about me in a recent interview he did. Here, CHECK IT OUT.
Anyway, I think I'm gonna jet. Our shows for yesterday and today were postponed so we could do a few picks ups for Hurricane and some prep for the MTV EMA thing. I worked all day and now that its over, I'm going to go spend some quality time with that amazing Finnish man of mine. Later!

You want to know what's really cool? I just reran the friends button and currently have 69 friends. No one is allowed to either leave or join now, because we're perfectly suited to keep everyone happy living in a 69. Yes. In other news, I just spent most of the last week sick as a dog. When it started we had a day off in New York. Yes, we were in New York City and I was too fucking ill to go out and do anything. What a complete waste of what could have been the perfect day. Today's the first day I finally feel completely myself again. I'm so glad thats over. And so far Ville doesnt seem to have caught it, so there's a major bonus. Typically when one of us get sick on tour, all the guys get it one after the other and then we just trade it around and around. Jared's the one that usually starts the Leto Flu, but this time that's not happening. Hopefully since we have this week off, everyone will be safe. I'm keeping my bits cross just in case. I feel the need to mention that Sunday's MTV VMA win for best rock video was fucking amazing. We have the best fans in the world, voting us in for something like that. It's an incredible feeling to know that they did that. The award wasn't given to us because a bunch of stuffy suit types decided it was so. The fans did that. Too fucking cool. Congrats also to all the other people that were either nominated or won something. A few of you here did some performing, and it was all great. I didnt really care for some of the really stupid things on the show, like that white trash Jersey Shore bunch and the dumbass hottub. One funny bonus: Cher started to say 30 Seconds to Mars on the final award and had to correct herself. PRICELESS. Anyway, I really wasn't gonna do an update right now. I was just so excited about 69 friends I had to share. Now maybe I can go manage to hunt up a bit of the real thing. Now where'd that man of mine run off to? Ville? oh Villlllllleeeee....

I just updated on the 17th, yet I'm being forcefully prodded by management; UPDATE OR GET OUT LETO! okay okay!
Well, I haven't got a lot of new things to say right now though. Tour just keeps going, and going, and going, kind of like the energizer bunny, only with more sweat, and less pink cuteness (especially since Jared changed the pink hawk to white blonde).
We hit up Australia this week, beginning in Perth, then flying down to Melbourne for a festival. Before we got in a bus to move on to the next place, I went on a walkabout (because thats what you call wandering around aimlessly in Australia) and found an organic grocery store. I was so excited such things exist half way across the world, I tweeted about it. How dorktastic is that? A lot, I know. I did my shopping there and practically ran back to the bus with my purchases. If a couple of guys show up with their white coats to take me away to a nice new padded cell, I totally understand why.
In other news, plans for a wedding are progressing. Quickly? No. Slowly, a little bit. Hard to make decisions, or pinpoint dates and things, when we keep adding more and more to the tour. The Mars life is insanity. Ville is probably already wondering why he's committing himself to this madness. I mean, you know, other than my amazing coffee makin skilz. :D

Hey there! It's nearing that time when I need to write a post where I blather on about what has (or hasn't as the case may be) been happening in my life. I am not going to go about asking everyone to give me a question to answer, nope. A lot of people have done that in the past. I could fill this up easily, as it never takes much for me to type a lot about absolutely nothing. Still I WANT TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
If you're willing, please comment this post with a challenge for me. I'd like you to issue some form of challenge to me, even if we don't know each other. Try to keep things realistic mind you, but I'd love some reasons to get out of my usual loop. Your comments will be screened. You can suggest I do something, or write about something, or whatever. Dares, strange things, funny things, dorky things. I dont really care. My job afterward, will be to report on what's been going on.
